Jared and I put an offer in on a home today. We should hear a response from the seller by 9pm on Friday evening! Mixture of emotions! I am excited that we have done this. I just know that Kyleigh is not happy with it as she will be driving a ways to work every day if she gets a job that is hoping to fall in place almost in Blaine. I understand that. I pray that she gets comfortable quickly.... IF our offer is accepted! If so, closing date will be Dec 28.
Offer was accepted! The only thing the seller added to the offer was at the end after the closing date being Dec 28 was "or sooner"! So as long as financing goes well.. we should be moving the end of December! 2920 Aldorado Dr. Bellingham, WA 98226.
